2021 Canadian Car of the Year
It is with great pleasure that we announce that the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) announced this morning the winner of the 2021 Canadian Car of the Year, choosing the Mazda3 for the second year in a row!
The 2021 Mazda3 won over the judges with top marks in response to acceleration, engine refinement and vehicle dynamics.
With this victory, the Mazda3 achieved several firsts in the history of AJAC awards:
- The Mazda3, the only model to have won the Canadian Car of the Year title two years in a row.
- The only model to have won the general prize three times.
In addition, with this victory, all four generations of the Mazda3 were recognized by AJAC, previously winning the title of Canadian Car of the Year in 2004 and 2020, and winning victories in its class in 2004, 2007, 2010. , 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2020.
